The Best in Print Awards will be presented to newspapers and magazines from asia, deserving recognition for their excellence in standardized printing. The focus of the award is to show the ability of newspapers to print consistently high quality according to international ISO standards.

This contest is based on the technical evaluation of a printed cuboid in a live production of the participating title, ISO 12647-3 conformance parameter from the printed cuboid would be measured.

This competition is open to all newspapers and magazines in Asia. Successful participants are awarded in two classes based in the circulation of the participating publication. Below are the two categories,

 

  • Below circulation of 1 50, 000 copies
  • Above circulation of 150 000 copies.

How did we rank:

Combined score of the technical score (measured from printed cuboid) and General print quality will used to arrive at the ranking of the participants and segregate the rank them (Gold, Silver and Bronze) for each the category they belongs to.

This competition is open to all newspapers and magazines in Asia. Successful participants are awarded in two classes based in the circulation of the participating publication.

What did we Award:

Awarded the three-ranking publication in each of the mentioned category (Above & below 150K print circulation) awarded as Gold, silver and Bronze A general print Quality (GPQ) will be assessed for the visual print defects.
